Responsibilities

Pay $28 to $32 per hour, not including gratuities and Quarterly Bonus

Full time gets Free 90 minutes massage each month
Part time gets Free 60 minutes massage each month

Responsibilities
- Set the standard for high-quality therapy and Guest service through ongoing training and support
- Drive the development of our people and processes
- Build relationships with local schools to promote the growth of therapists
- Confidently, knowledgeably educate Guests about services, products and program
- Recommend and perform our core therapy services with consistency, including: Aromatherapy, Revitalizing Face Massage, Reviving Foot Scrub, Hot Stone Therapy, Active Therapy
- Promote therapeutic benefits of regular massage therapy Lifestyle Programs
- Link therapeutic products to your service to enhance the Guests experience at home
- Lead Team toward the achievement of our goals
- Track massage supply inventory - Bi -Weekly
- Hold current state license to practice massage therapy
- Capable of performing/learning deep tissue, Swedish and maternity massage modalities
- Be Guest Service-oriented and communicate effectively with Guests
- Availability to work certain nights and weekends (our busiest times)
